Pros
They bought new Toyotas for some employees to make sure they would continue employment. (I believe this may be illegal) While they didn't pay my monthly commitment.
Cons
Many issues including; - Falsely indicating my hire as employee with no intent to follow through - Not honoring a 1099 contract - Just stopped paying when they desired - Not honoring the termination clause - Giving false information of company capabilities, competencies and scale - Not providing inclusion and support for this new role internally (set up to fail) - Having no clear monthly, quarterly or annual collaboration on goals - Changed a workers comp plan after they accepted a offer for an amount. Just said, we are not paying you that. we will pay you less.
