Awful - Senior Animator Trine Entertainment Employee Review

Good working environment. The company is decent sized and the artists and programmers sit pretty close to each other which helps a lot. The art team is talented and good.

Too limited in artistic perception. A lot of crunches due to poor time management. A lot of time wasted due to bad planning.

The work at Trine was very challenging and I got to work with cutting edge technologies and tools. I got learn a lot in a relatively short amount of time.

The company's finances were handled extremely poorly and in a very unprofessional manner. In the initial years many wrong decisions were made my the management that made the company actually regress in terms of it's own growth.
