Generous with celebrating as a team with trips and other team building. Privately held with no outside investment so we grow at a sustainable pace.
Cons
It's occasionally difficult collaborating with teams across very large time zone differences. While being self-funded has big benefits when it comes to decision making and sustainable growth, that means we have to be more thoughtful with our budget for marketing, and we don't throw big bucks at experiments. Some might see that as a con.
