      There is communication from the very top that keeps us informed of any huge changes so that we aren’t surprised.

      Unrealistic demands only given to select individuals , unclear expectations , unprofessional from admin , poor communication, and no support on behavior issues .

      Pros

      Great first IT joob to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      You will be required to use your vehicle to travel between Ft.worth and Mesquite almost everyday. they do have an IT van but its only one that you share between multiple techs, so if the vans not there and its something you need to do at a campus you will use your vehicle with no reimbursement or tax write-off and you will put alot of miles on your vehicle very quickly
