Reasonably flexible work hours for office staff Really friendly coworkers Interesting work

Not a lot of room for advancement different segments of company do not communicate well (the manufacture of equipment do not really talk to the chemical production part of the company) High turnover means projects do not get completed and you are left working on half done projects Do not set goals and expectations are vague for office staff
