Pros
Cost of benefits were very low cost. Stable employment. Even though you worked for a large corporation it always felt like you worked for a small business. management treated you very well, I always felt like i could be honest with my manager. Management was very transparent and honest regarding profits and budget.
Cons
It was very difficult to receive a pay increase. When i left to take a job where i could utilize my degree, i was required to repay any tuition reimbursement, even though we had agreed on set monthly amount my account was handed off to medical debt collector who treated me like i was not paying my bill, It felt very revengeful. The hours were horrible, during my interview i was told that i would have to come in early and would have to stay late. The only issue was that they would allow overtime, so often i would find myself taking three hour lunches to prevent overtime.
