Student population is low and the parent involvement is lackluster. Pay also isn’t enough to sustain long term

Loving, supportive work environment Listened and responded to practical requests Gorgeous surroundings Participating in the making of lifetime memories for kids Seasonal Enjoying camp grounds during breaks

Physically demanding- could also be a positive Hot kitchen at times
