Pros

Working here was a nightmare. The owners are terrible human beings, with no concept of employer employee relations. I was already licensed in over 10 states as a loan officer, and one of the top producers, but you had to walk on eggshells all the time. I also found them changing fees on final docs without an updated GFE to client, and that is unethical and illegal. I hope for clients sake they go out of business, because not only do they treat their own staff horrid, they are making far too much in broker fees to be ethical for seniors.

Cons

Horrible owners, micromanage every aspect, if you smile and say hello in the hall they (Carol and Mike Fullam) wonder why your happy. Huge turnover and generally do not expect to last unless you can handle being treated like crap for 8 hours a day.

Pros

I have been employed by Trinity Reverse Mortage for 3 1/2 years. I have found it to be a pleasant environment for working. I have seen the owners, Michael and Carol Fullam take a chance and hire an employee, or relative of an employee, with no experience under their belt, just as a favor to an employee. That is mutual respect. Not a lot of companies do that. If that was me, I would be grateful for the opportunity to learn some new type of trade and get more experience behind me. company owners. I have seen them bend over backwards to accommodate an employee with personal things going on. Core values drive our business and being accountable for them is paramount for all of us to succeed. I have seen both Carol and Michael talk to employes in a positive manner to train them in proper processing ways. Sometimes it just doesn't work out for that individual and that person(s) has to be let go. Being the Compliance Manager, I am heavily involved in our company state audits and internal audits as well. Both Carol and Michael are VERY compliance minded and I have never been asked to do anything that is questionable in any way. I learn new things every day about our business and I am glad that I am here.

Cons

If you do not want to apply yourself and get experience, please don't waste everyone time, Apply somewhere else.
