Pros
-Resources of a large company with the flexibility of a family run business. -Consistent and experienced senior leadership that is receptive to change and new ideas. -Trinity likes to promote from within. I left Trinity in 2017 after two years to take a position at another real estate company in San Francisco. It was an eye opening experience for me. I quickly realized that I had taken two significant things for granted. The first is sound, consistent leadership. The senior management team has remained largely intact for several years. They work well together and communicate clearly down the ladder. It becomes much easier to focus on your work when you are not worrying about who is steering the ship. The second is a sense of place. There is a team mentality at Trinity you cannot find at every company. Management has created a culture where looking out for your coworkers is just as important as looking out for the residents. It was the company leadership and sense of place that brought me back to Trinity in 2020.
Cons
Property management is demanding work but the Trinity experience is very rewarding for committed and passionate employees.
