Pros
great students and colleagues; best job atmosphere I have ever had in terms of collegiality, professionalism, etc. I feel honored and quite fortunate every day to be working there. They respect your time and go to some lengths to ensure that you can have a work/life balance and the administration seems reasonable and efficient to me (especially in comparison to other places I have worked at).
Cons
sometimes it feels like the administration has ideas it wants to pursue and the faculty's input doesn't seem to be considered as much as it could be.
