Pros
This company is an amazing place to work for. The office culture is unreal to any other job I have worked at. Working here is like working with a family rather than just coworkers. The company owner takes care of his employees just as great as his customers. You have opportunities to move up more than once in your first year and opportunities for free vacations and all the benefits. Every day is different and I’ve made more money here than any other job. The company takes care of you and actually cares about their employees. This job has changed my life spiritually and financially. I would highly recommend working here and looking into changing your life as well. It’s less than 40 hours a week and your base salary is more than most people make fresh out of college never mind the commission and bonuses on top.
Cons
It’s a door to door job that’s not for everyone. However I love it every day and would prefer it over any job I’ve had.
