Pros
Good work-life balance, good scope for learning and career development. I joined as a fresher and having 2 years of agreement, so if I would like to talk about job security, then I would say it's completely secure. Every month you get opportunities to develop and grow yourself by doing courses (both technical & non-technical). Certification reimbursement is available, which is a good part. Very good work environment and culture. I was in the GDS Team project, and my manager and teammates are very supportive, and the management is also very transparent. Company policies are good and appraisals depend on your yearly performance.
Cons
Assigning to the project is a long process. They will put into the resources where there is a need. Also, they provide medical facility only for the employee if they are unmarried, it doesn't include their parents.
