The training period is motivating and well delivered The office is ideally located in the city center Customer oriented in Hotel service ( drastically less in Flight service)
Cons
Chinese style management Little to no consideration for the staff from the higher management Middle management (UK) can only hear the staff's ideas and complaint, but has no authority to act on it Empty promises, even blatant lies, in order to try to keep the staff members. Most positive reviews seem to be from the management.
