      No leaves No leave encashment No leave carried forward No medical benefits No woman safety transport for the one staying late No increment No process compliance No coffee machine open 24×7 (2 fixed time for coffee) Deduction from salary if coming 15 minutes late but no additional pay for daily over time Company who cover losses by deducting Employee salary.

      None that stood out during my internship experience.

      Cons

      Lack of structured mentorship and guidance for interns. Poor project planning and management led to limited learning opportunities. Feedback and growth discussions were infrequent. Overall, the internship did not provide the learning experience I expected from a 6-month SDE internship.
