I dont mind the 90 hours of work. 72 which are paid for. There has been 2 pay drops in my year and a half with the company, both very significant. Leadership is HORRIBLE. They fire people for bullCRAP when they have extra bodies. Everyone that has been there for over a year is leaving, that should say something. I've never seen a company try to SCREW over the GOOD employees that still remain as much as this one in all my years of contracting. Use it as a 2-4 month stepping stone but thats it. Recruiters still telling the new hires itll be $93k/year until about 2 days before you leave (so after u quit ur job and pack and commit) that the pay just dropped. it dropped in December of 2016.
