Pros
Some of the best people with which to work. They celebrate the small victories well and love to lend a helping hand. I have learned a lot of various and useful skills that I would not get other places.
Cons
No benefits (well...life insurance, but that's it). Competitive pay for the summer camp industry but not enough to be sustainable.
