Pros
I only have been working at TripleTen for over a month now, but I can already see it is a very organized company. The commitment to the well-being of their employees is something to admire, especially with the bi-weekly meetings. Despite being a worldwide company, they are open to listening, so feedback seems very important to them. Bringing new suggestions to the table is what they look forward to. The workflows work perfectly through the teams and nothing is left unsaid. The communication itself within the company works and that is a major A+ on its own. It also seems to have enough space for growth and appreciation of hard work. The team that I am working with is only composed of 5 people, but it works so smoothly it feels like there are 10 of us. We do wonders! This is because, not only of the fluid workflow, but the communication. Their online tools also do a great job for what they are made for. I had never worked with HS before, but once you get the hang of it, it is really straightforward and the updates are immediate. That also helps with the communication between yours and other departments. The last thing I wanted to highlight is the welcoming warmth I felt during my training. It lasted for 2 weeks only, but my manager is so dedicated and the treatment was so personalized to me that I felt confident in doing the job even sooner. If that was not the case, she mentioned also being ready to extend it for another week. That is not something you see every day!
Cons
As it is a new company, the workflow, although working, tends to be volatile. This is actually a good thing in my point of view because it is proof they listen to suggestions for their employees. But I see how this can not be for everybody. It is very fast-paced in that sense, so some people may not feel really into it for that reason. But it is not really something to worry! It only makes us even more sure that if something is not working right for some reason, they are able to adapt.
