Cons
- Overworked. There is high turnover bc the workload is ridiculously high and it takes so long to hire people. Expect to regularly work 10-12 hour days if you care or work 1 hour a week and still get paid, because the supervisors do not care to do their jobs. - Quality of employees. The focus of the organization is medicine and patients, not its. They do not take the time to bother to train, counsel, or discipline employees even if they are violent or sexually harass others. - Leaders only care about the military employees, not the civilians. - Professional development is frowned upon. All time should be spent on work. - Leaders look down upon people who bring up real issues and challenges. Employees and expected to be keep quiet and move along.
