Triton Inc. had the greatest work environment I've experienced so far. Everyone on the team was so supportive and encouraging (inside and outside of the office) which really promoted a fun, hardworking atmosphere. There's always someone in the office to receive guidance from. In addition, throughout my time at Triton, I was able to not only have professional development but personal growth as well. I learned how to build a team, improve as a leader, and take responsibility and initiative, which I can apply anywhere that I go in the future.
