Pros
The majority of people who work at TEI are fantastic, there are exciting clients to work with, and it's a great environment for self-starters.
Cons
If/when you decide to leave the company, upper management will likely threaten to sue you and harass you into staying at the company. They will make you sign a non-solicitation contract that is absolutely outrageous in attempt to prohibit you from working at any client or 'potential client' in any state where they do business for 2 years!! This allows them to threaten to sue you for going to work just about anywhere else, and upper management loves to use it against you. I would have left the company on an extremely positive note, but after seeing them severely harass a number of consultants for leaving, I will never recommend TEI.
