Pros
Open door - our CEO is great about being transparent with employees Training & Development - company is willing to invest in your career if you want it. There is a cost sharing, but only if you leave within a year. If you hear about a project you're interested in, you can raise your hand and get the experience. Flexibility/Family - very supportive of working parents. work is still expected to get done, but company has really advanced it's views on flexibility and trying different work arrangements. The work still has to get done (so yes, I do work at night occasionally!) but it's nice to know that they are willing to try to accomodate!
Cons
Some growing pains Miss some of the programs/processes larger companies have, but don't miss some of the baggage comes with larger company.
