Pros

After 6 years at a large multinational tech consultancy, joining Trivelta felt like a breath of fresh air. The onboarding and welcome have been outstanding — from day one, the team genuinely cares about how you're doing, makes sure you're comfortable, and takes the time to walk you through how things work. The people are great, the culture is warm and human, and you can feel the company's commitment to technology and AI in everything they do. If you're looking for real professional challenges, the chance to make a tangible impact on both the product and the company, and room to grow and learn — this is the place.

Cons

As with any high-growth startup, things evolve fast and not everything is set in stone yet. You need to bring initiative and be comfortable with some ambiguity. If you're looking for a rigid, highly structured corporate environment, this probably isn't the right fit — but if you thrive on ownership and momentum, you'll love it here.

Pros

Genuinely one of the most exciting places I've worked. Things move quickly, decisions get made without endless meetings, and you actually have ownership of what you build. Tech stack is modern and the team isn't scared to try new tools – AI, automation, whatever moves the needle. Salary is competitive and you get real opportunities to travel for events, client visits, and team offsites. Good people, smart colleagues, and management actually listens when you push back on something.

Cons

It's demanding. If you want clear 9-to-5 boundaries and a fully predictable week, this probably isn't it. You'll wear multiple hats, especially early on – which is great if you want growth, less great if you want a narrow role.
