Good benefits, 401k, vacation and sick time are all together so it accrues faster, short and long term insurance. Clients are amazing and staff.

If you aren't family or related in some way or a family member of the board you won't move up in the company. If you want to take time off be prepared to come back to a ton of work unless you work while you are gone. No one helps one another out they are all overloaded
