This is a joke of a company which requires from its employees to tell them about rates that other companies of the kind offer. You will literally be asked by your team leader to report about offers that you get from other companies of the kind. The atmosphere is tense and stressful, and higher rank employees are there just because of nepotism and no other reason. The most work is done by call center operators who are underpaid for such conditions. Human resources are filled by failed-to-become psychologists .
