Pros
The management are friendly, staff are friendly and the punters are human, ish. I never had time off denied, occasional cheeky drink with the managers and free drink after a shift.
Cons
The hours are awful, but it is a club. Having to stay late to put the stage away at 4.30am is a pain. The treatment from management isn't as adult as I would like, but it's a bar job in central manc, so they do get lots of folk taking the mick.
