Our current engagement rating is 79%, and we use this feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen our culture and improve the employee experience.
We are also proud that Trout CPA was recently named the #5 Best Places to Work in PA for medium-sized companies by the Central Penn Business Journal, an honor we have earned for the past three consecutive years. While we are grateful for this recognition, we know there is always room to listen, learn, and continue improving.
