      Great training, learning experience, a chance to feel your way around to where you can see yourself in the years to come.

      Was able to work on an interesting mix of projects.

      Cons

      Was a pretty good place to work for 20 years. Regime change brought the Power Clique into top management. Be willing to play golf and try hard to be in the "Good Old Boys Club"
