Thank you for the candid feedback and for the years you put in here. I have spoken directly with field personnel and have heard similar feedback, and I want you to know that these are things are actively working to fix. Over the past year, we’ve overhauled project controls, strengthened leadership in key areas, and invested in systems to improve procurement and execution. We’ve grown a lot as a company over the last several months, and we’re committed to continuous improvement. I take this kind of feedback seriously, especially from someone who served our organization for several years. I appreciate what you gave the company and wish you well. Pros

Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Supportive Management. Friendly/respectful coworkers. Relaxed work environment.

Cons

With layoffs in the past and the company still in its infancy, job security can sometimes be on the back of the mind. BUT we've been trending up for a while now.

Pros

-A few passionate, experienced employees remaining, who want to make the necessary changes, and improve for the better.

Cons

-Rebranded the company, but kept all the same poor operating and business practices from the previous incarnation. -A general delusion of adequacy. -Way too many levels of management who do not meaningfully contribute to the bid process. -Poor communication and synergy between departments. -Lack of real practical renewable energy experience in most departments. -Lack of a real business strategy in pursuing opportunities. Very desperate. -Ignoring what strengths they have, and greatly exposing the weaknesses in their pursuit of opportunities. -Not being realistic about the scale of work they are able to take on. -Too many "cooks in the kitchen" who all view themselves as the "head chef" in the process.
