Poor Company Culture - Anonymous employee TruPoint Bank Employee Review

Solid, but not spectacular benefits. Medical, dental, etc. very good. No matching gifts program. No local (i,e, United Way) group support. Good group of people involved in back room operations.

Seem to be short staffed in certain areas as operational support lacking or slow to respond. Commitment to new markets sorely lacking. Expectations may not dovetail with reality.

The location was ideal for my situation.

Negative workplace - gossip with backstabbing co-workers who played into management's "dog eat dog" atmosphere. Management did not listen to employees and had no problem letting people go to further demonstrate power and control from the top.
