Pros
Diminishing. Underground parking for employees, for now. One of the few remaining companies to have any sort of bonus program, it seems.
Cons
Poor decision making at the executive level has led to "expense reduction." No word yet as to why employees are expected to pay the price for poor executive leadership. Don't believe the hype about diversity and inclusion. This company is rife with bigots, and HR seems to support them, based on personal experience. Too many people, from top to bottom, are more interested in saying "yes" to any idiotic proposal rather than examining it with a critical eye and actually saying or doing something that contradicts management. The Libertarians/Republicans feel too empowered to push their idiocy on you--in that they always want to talk politics--and it's exhausting. IT overall is about where you'd expect a startup in the early 90's to be when it comes to practice maturity or quality of coding. Every day I'm reminded how glad I am to not be in IT. Middle management in many areas is occupied by people whose major accomplishment seems to be independent breathing and finding their way back and forth to the office.
