Cons
A lot of change over the past 4 years + change resistant, tenured employees. Too much focus on agile and 'failing fast' dilutes the end product. Very hard to move into leadership roles- seems like you have to leave the company to come back as a leader. Overall direction from leaders seems minimal and not aligned with each other.
