Pros

- Flexible working hours - The micro-culture of the teams I worked on was good. - Plenty of opportunity to grow into promotions or lateral roles. - Full-time remote work is available to the majority of employees.

Cons

- The benefits are mid. The health insurance is expensive, especially for families. The method of accruing time off is archaic. There are only 3 weeks of vacation for the first 8 years of employment for most staff. - Salary ranges for many roles have not been reassessed for years despite inflation. The pay is low and stagnant depending on your role. - Aggressive anti-union attitudes from the higher level executives and board. - They went through significant changes from 2023-2024 that resulted in company-wide layoffs as they are trying to reduce costs. Despite efforts to reduce expenses, they still maintain a private jet and frequent, expensive, offsite meetings at luxury hotels for executives and sales reps.

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for until about a year ago.

Cons

I have worked for TruStage for over 10 years. They recently made the decision to outsource a large amount of employees to another company- Wipro. 120 people lost their jobs at Trustage and TruStage signed an non-compete between themselves and Wipro in which none of the 55 employees who got an employment offer with Wipro could be hired in any other role until September 2027. I lost my health care, my pension, and my job security and TruStage didn’t care at all. I would be wary of working for TruStage as I hear they want to expand to outsource more jobs to wipro/india. It’s a disgrace the way they handled the outsourcing of loyal, smart, successful employees.
