Great environment for performers. While residual income can take some time to build, TrueChoice offers programs to help sales performers make the transition to the channel. It is also refreshing to be able to find solutions that are great fit for customers as TrueChoice represents over 100 carriers. No need to force a product on a customer. Find the best fit and provide options for your prospects/customers.
Cons
If you like to talk but cannot follow up and produce this is not the place for you. Success is in building a book of business. Not talking about a book of business. The programs True Choice has in place for sales people are based on them hitting minimum monthly/quarterly objectives.
