      Pros

      Opportunities for learning, cross-training, and growth. Family like atmosphere. They really try to listen to complaints and fix the issues/policies.

      Cons

      It was becoming too micromanaged. Went to a hybrid schedule after COVID and they have you work half of your schedule in the office *totally reasonable- not the issue). They would get mad when you don't come in on the set days you chose, if you are sick or anything like that. Even if you could still work remote and they only wanted you in the office so there are "bodies" incase the owner is in the office.

      Having to clock in and out, time off didn't meet industry standards
