The pay and hours are minimum, this is a job for teenagers who just got out of high school or a collage student in need of a part time job. Consistent customers complaints but the girls face no consequences because they know the owner personally. No benefits are offered, they promise advancement but the advancement is minor and offers no real experience to take out in the world.
