We always appreciate feedback from our team and we thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It thrills us to hear that you enjoyed our fast paced environment and felt a part of the team during your time with our company. We pride ourselves on our company culture and the positive environment we try to create for our team. We are, however, sorry to hear that you did not end up enjoying the position further. True Vision Enterprises does represent and work with Fortune 100 clientele in several different industries and several of our roles here include assisting new and existing customers. If that was not for you, we understand. Again, we appreciate your feedback and wish you the best on your future endeavors.

Pros

You are surrounded by business owners and exposed to the way they think, build habits, and duplicate those things onto others. You really learn how to build a entrepreneurial system and if you are looking for that, I’d say this opportunity is an OK start to see if entrepreneurship is for you. What you learn can be applied in other endeavors.

Cons

It’s no different than a pyramid scheme. The loophole here is you don’t pay to get in, you pay with your time outside of normal business hours. instead of paying upfront like a pyramid scheme, you have to prove yourself through training, get promoted to corporate trainer, and then your responsible fro building your own team/business. Outside of normal business hours, you’ll be responsible for planning/paying for activities that “keep your team together”. Whether its dinner, bowling, etc. you pretty much are required to do these things on a weekly/daily basis if you want to move ahead in the management training program they have in place. Ultimately, its up to you on how you want to run your “team/business”, but your “team/business” is under an umbrella of True Vision Enteprises and other companies nationally who are making the most $$$ based on how many “business” they launch and maintain. The amount of time you put towards building a team, you really wont have time for anyone else outside the true vision enterprises business. So if your big on family and don’t have a lot of help at home etc., this isn’t for you.
