Dangerous, unfair pay practices, worst leadership I have ever seen, brand new factory, but constantly fighting over and stealing each others resources. Charges employees to launder the company's uniforms, charges for PPE, expects operators to use same hairnets and earplugs for weeks, no instruction, won't give 401k's to under 21's, only contributes 20% of employer match for each year of service, 90 days before any benefits, rarely meets 40 hours / week. Disgusting "reconditioning" meat practices, everything constantly broken. 15 minute break (with donning and doffing GMP articles, means 3 mins) will start line back up whether you are in your spot or not. Expects you to sharpen your knife on your time, off the clock. Gang Time (your wage hours don't start until the cow hits your station, even though you are expected to change into your uniform, check out equipment, sharpen your knives and be in your spot at a specific time. Leadership untrustworthy and uncaring. Rumblings of sexual harassment. No one washes hands, and it is not enforced.
