Pros

The good things The company as a whole promote good working culture all around the office. Always pushing boundaries in the delivering the best outputs for the Event as we value every thoughtful content involved in terms of planning and execution. Also, once you got the management attention, you will definitely set to be/entrusted to be a leader in a specific project and most of the employees. At the end of the day, all of us complement one another with our own set of skills.

Cons

The challenges A good set of directions from the management. The mindset of doing an event is not as easy as people would think which influenced by the outcome of the event, when the bulk of it is actually the process of delivering the event. The sooner people know about this, the sooner they will be in the same boat with the rest of the employees working in this organization. But then again, not to be too hopeful, as some people are not cut out for this type working nature.

Pros

Literally gave us the license to be rude during calls just to get through the decision makers.

Cons

So many to mention. Too many red flags. Commission was vague. No signed black and white for commissions. They will blind you to earn more money but the management and processes are just trash. They manipulate you into doing what they want. They basically train you to replicate what they are - robot, rude and will not stop at doing anything to get what they want. They will expect you to get a result even in the 1-2 weeks of training. You have to get your own leads. No tools were provided. You have to do all of these prior to going into the office. You are not allowed to do your research during work hours. They expect that you already have your leads list prior to coming into the office. You are not allowed to talk to your colleagues even if it's your break or even if you're discussing work stuff. They will stop you and ask you to go somewhere else. The only way we're getting moral support was really among ourselves due to frustration from the lack of tools and basically disregarding our own skills and experience in sales coz they want to replicate just what kind of employee they want to have. I have my values as a person and salesperson so I'm not gonna break just for themselves.
