There were no downsides to be seen

I started my recruiting career with Truex and I couldn't have started at a better place. I enjoyed the people there the most and learned so much about recruiting in such a short span of time. If you put your mind to it and take initiatives, you WILL succeed at this company. Everybody, including management, is always extremely busy but they will make time to help you, if you ask. Fast paced, fun, upbeat - they're open to hiring people without recruiting experience so definitely look into Truex, if you're interested in becoming a Recruiter, learning and working under the best of the best in the Bay Area.

They could be a bit slow to implement changes but the main cause of this is because they are extremely busy with the jobs they're working for all of their clients. They are open to new ideas, system, technology, etc. and they are always implementing something new but they tend to take time (another reason could be due to the small size of the company).
