The momentum the growth the team and the feedback from customers that use and praise the change that Trullion brings to their tasks. Trullion App and soon to become a vast framework of tools and solutions that makes every CFO job easier, makes me proud and exited to be a part of that A grade of a team. If you (the reader) got here during your research on a potential employer, kudos on being an A+ talent ;) If doing something that is not concentrating on changing the bottom line monetarily but bringing a change to users day to day is what floats your boat. No doubt Trullion is the way to go.
Cons
In current state of Israeli startup echo system when IPOs and investment rounds are booming. Making an impression on potential employees becomes a race. Makes aggressive growth targets even more complex. Finance tech Startup is not the most exciting title when a potential team member thinks of Trullion. I can’t stress that enough that from inside it looks so much more that it does from outside. We bring a real life change to our end user. And it’s only the beginning.
