- flexible remote schedules - ability to work with any technology and propose new technology to use - treated like an adult. as long as the work gets done it doesn't matter when or where it gets done. You could work from the beach if you wanted to.
Cons
- time tracking for accounting purposes can feel counter to the "being treated like an adult" pro listed above, but its not been used in any negative way.
