Brilliant golf course that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Has the potential to be the best in the world, no doubt.
Cons
Very poor pay. Unorganized chaos every single day. Treated like morons by management. No career progression whatsoever. Working here is a job not a career. No direction or strategy by management.....literally no idea where the business is going or what is trying to be achieved. Micromanaged every single day. Authoritarian leadership style from the boss. Fear and threats are used to keep people in line.
