If you reside more than 25 miles from HQ in Georgetown(Seattle neighborhood), you’re still allowed to work remotely.
Cons
Consistently increasing workloads while not increasing pay, actually lowering income by reducing bonus structure; laying team members off and/or “eliminating” roles; constant state of chaos, inadequate onboarding/training; watching others join the company in positions of power who are not well equipped for their roles; change is great but with change, you have to have solid communication and that’s tremendously lacking
