Pros

Trusaic is a great company to work for if you desire a role that fosters learning, independency, and growth. During the onboarding process, Trusaic is extremely thorough in their training and resources. There is alot of information to learn and navigate. However, their abudance of well-organized resources take much pressure off of a new hire! As a Client Services Associate, you gain alot of independency as you solely assist clients, However, the CSA team is very collaborative and helpful. If you are working remotely or in-person, you can seek/receive help and truly feel the personable spirit of all the employees. Lastly, Trusaic provides outstanding career opportunities, compensation, and benefits.

Cons

There are projected seasons of increased workload; however, this is seen in varieties of roles and companies across the globe. With organized preparation (as Trusaic does so), alleviates any stressors involving the busier seasons. Additionally, just as with any remote position, it is essential to communicate clearly and regularly with colleagues.

Trusaic is a fast-paced company with supportive leadership and great opportunities for growth. The team is collaborative, and management is approachable and open to feedback. I’ve learned a lot and worked on meaningful projects that make an impact.

Cons

The fast pace means priorities can shift quickly, which can be challenging if you’re not adaptable.
