      Pros

      Trusona has a great culture and the people share a mission that they really care about. The company is backed by premier investors and is run by a very experienced management team.

      Cons

      As in any start-up, everyone wears more than one hat and everything iterates in rapid cycles. If that doesn't sound appealing then Trusona, (or most start-ups) are probably not the right situation for you.

      Innovative product, experienced senior management team, great company culture and competitive compensation package.

      Cons

      Currently has no physical office due to COVID-19.

      Pros

      Start-up with a brilliant CEO and management team as well as backing from the top VC's in the nation. Employees are respected and given a flexible work environment with a true family-first mentality. Work hard and you be recognized for it. Competitive pay and benefits along with a great team make you want to come to work every day.

      Cons

      Not really a con - but this is the first start-up I've worked for and with it comes with a little uncertainty, but also a ton of excitement!
