Pros
Start-up with a brilliant CEO and management team as well as backing from the top VC's in the nation. Employees are respected and given a flexible work environment with a true family-first mentality. Work hard and you be recognized for it. Competitive pay and benefits along with a great team make you want to come to work every day.
Cons
Not really a con - but this is the first start-up I've worked for and with it comes with a little uncertainty, but also a ton of excitement!
