      Interesting technology and easy demo

      Cons

      CEO thinks he is the only person in the company who knows how to sell and he knows your job better than anyone on the planet. Overhyped sales and revenue expectations. Comp plan is mediocre with very low equity considering the risk and early stage. Not worth the headache. The technology and market are not ready for prime time.

      Pros

      Start-up with a brilliant CEO and management team as well as backing from the top VC's in the nation. Employees are respected and given a flexible work environment with a true family-first mentality. Work hard and you be recognized for it. Competitive pay and benefits along with a great team make you want to come to work every day.

      Cons

      Not really a con - but this is the first start-up I've worked for and with it comes with a little uncertainty, but also a ton of excitement!
