Poisonous culture - Manager Trust Re Employee Review

there is not succession planning, development or getting training is very difficult. recruitment is based on favoritism or favors to certain manager. only the compensation and benefit team is fair and try hard for employees. I had to leave because i felt that i was being strangled by stopping my progression, or simply asking for taking a course. everything is an interrogation by the learning and development rep.
