A truly positive and supportive environment with a strong, collaborative culture. Teamwork is genuinely valued, and hard work appreciated. The company also promotes a healthy work-life balance, which makes it an enjoyable and sustainable place to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and appreciated the people I had the opportunity to work alongside.

At times, there could be greater clarity and alignment from senior leadership, as rapid growth occasionally led to evolving priorities and communication challenges. That said, this is a common and understandable growing pain for a scaling company.

Get tonnes of responsibility and the freedom to work on projects that I found interesting. Great work environment.
