Pros

The perks are quite nice, free memberships, work from home allowance, healthcare, etc. I made some amazing friends, but I guess that's what trauma bonding can do!

Cons

I had a horrendous experience working for this company which caused me to have panic attacks. Many of the middle managers are extremely incompetent and are only there because they've been with the company for many years. The company is full of enthusiastic talents who are given zero career development opportunities. Meanwhile they hire new people into more senior roles, which creates a very toxic culture. Pressure from the board means senior leadership constantly change direction which is exhausting and often projects are scrapped and people are left demoralised. People are getting burnt out, and management refuse to acknowledge these issues.

Pros

Get to travel to new places with a free place to stay and a furry friend or two to keep you company

Cons

People can be flaky and it can be tough to confirm that your stay or sitter is all set. I have been on both sides of this app and have had people cancel on me last minute because they found somewhere else or someone else better.
